RATES INCLUDE:
Payment is only due by termination of the rental
Please note that you have to produce your credit card, drivers licence and passport when receiving the rental vehicle
Free delivery and collection fees in SA in a 25 km radius from our branches BUT note that the car will be filled on return at the depot and you will be charged for fuel.

RATES EXCLUDE:
Refundable Deposit (Fuel & Extra's) : R1000 - Taken upon confirmation
Contract fee of R35 per rental
Delivery and collection fees (During office hours)- 0-25 kms : Free, 25kms+ : normally R 100
After Hours & Weekend Delivery/Collection Fees- R220 per Delivery/Collection
Young drivers surcharges of R65 a day (under 23)
Additional drivers charges of R110 per extra driver
Excess (Super Cover does not include acts of negligence, tyres, hub caps, windscreens and torn upholstery), theft if the car was parked in a unsuitable place, accidents on gravel roads, etc)
Lets make this clear - if you total a car on a gravel road or are negligent; you will be liable for the full value of the car; whether it is R60 000 or R600 000, no matter which company you book with.
Claim and administration Fee: R400
Fine Handling Fee: R165
Extension rates (if you extend your rental without approval)
Baby seats per rental: R110
No Show Fee / Late Cancellation Fee on Vehicles : R250 per vehicle

CROSS BORDER TRAVELLING:
Cross Border Fees for Swaziland, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Botswana & Namibia : R2.000
Cross border fee for Mozambique : R3.000
A letter of authorization must be requested at the time of reservation
Authorized countries are Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Swaziland and Mozambique
Unauthorized countries are Angola and Zambia
